A cozy retreat in the city
The space was clean, and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Conveniently located near transport, it offered easy exploration of Brisbane. Surprisingly, the washer and dryer came in handy after day trips!
While the staff was friendly, I noticed areas in the hotel needing updates, which let down an otherwise pleasant stay.

Loved the location, plenty of parking at no extra cost, views from balcony. Also loved its proximity to great cafes, restaurants and other specialty shops.

The room was excellent, as were the bed and the pillows etc. The room was very comfortable.
My partner was to check in for me, she had all of the correct booking confirmation sheets with her, and yet she was barred from doing so by some pretty poor admin staff, eventually she had to pay for it straight away and even then they wanted to take cash rather than eftpos. For this reason i would never stay at this place again just stupid behaviour from these admin staff.

Well situated between shops, cafes/restaurants and the splendid river walkways. We had amazing views from both our balconies especially of the city lights at night and only a 20 minute walk to the CBD. The staff were very friendly and obliging and I loved the bowl of fruit at reception which we helped ourselves to every day.
The carpets needed cleaning as there were many stains on them. Our daughter slept on a pull out couch which was very thin and uncomfortable. By the final night she decided to sleep on the floor for better comfort. Space and bench area in bathroom was inadequate for 4 adults but we managed.

We really liked the location of the apartment and that it was larger than a traditional hotel room. The flat screen tvs were nice and the washer/dryer a bonus as well.
The kitchen was a little small and hard to move around in. The second bedroom should have had a double bed not a twin.

Well designed apartments with adequate kitchenette for meals, but there are also many excellent restaurants nearby
near to a major road with all night traffic sufficient to disturb light sleepers

staff at reception were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The bed was a little to hard for us but overall the room was well thought out and convenient.
The attached chinese restaurant was not very friendly and we were completely ignored by the manager so after several minutes we went up the road to one of the excellent cafes.

I was really impressed with the spacious studio apartment, and the convenient undercover parking made it so easy to come and go. I loved the sauna and steam room for some much-needed relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little refresh, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

Great views overlooking the Brisbane River and an even more fantastic view of the City night lights, from our balcony :)
Hotel was all good, but the road outside was a little noisy - however may have been exaggerated by the fact that it was a Sat night and there was a soccer match on at Suncorp Stadium.
